Gordon elected president of healthcare volunteer group
BELFAST — Sandra Gordon, community relations coordinator at Waldo County General Hospital, was recently installed as president for the Maine Society Directors of Healthcare Volunteer Services for a two-year term.

A woman who became Cary Medical Center’s “chief entertainment officer,” and, more formally, the director of volunteer services, has been selected as the Maine Hospital Association’s 2011 Caregiver of the Year.
