2009 Team of Stars Awards

The second annual Team of Stars awards were presented at the NEADHVS Spring Conference this year.

This award is given to members of NEADHVS whose commitment to the organization is exceptional. The award recipients are chosen by the present and former NEADHVS Presidents for service.

This year’s recipients were Dave Hinchen (MA), Thomas Edward (MA), Mary Rahaim (CT), Sue Tremblay (NH), and Jean Barrett (NH). Jean was not present at the award ceremony but received her award at the summer meeting of the NH/VT AHVS.

These five very deserving people are what make NEADHVS the nationally recognized Volunteer Directors organization that it is. We strive to provide our members with the best of services through our website, our Think News newsletter, our listserv, and our two conferences a year which provide outstanding educational and networking opportunities. It takes the work of many dedicated committed and tireless people to provide all of this and Dave, Thomas, Mary, Jean, and Sue certainly stand out in the crowd.

Our gratitude and thanks to them for their time and expertise. Congratulations.
